Benevity User Conference is a closed event for clients and invited guests only.

Cancellation Policy: 
Registration cancellations must be sent to goodnessmatters@benevity.com. Cancellations received up until 11:59pm MST on February 11, 2019 will be eligible for a full refund (minus a US$75 processing fee). Cancellations made after February 11, 2019 will not be eligible for a refund.

Pass Upgrades or Exchanges:
Please reach out to goodnessmatters@benevity.com for General and All-Access Pass upgrades and exchanges. Note: upgrades and exchanges are welcome up until 11:59pm MST on February 11, 2019 (or until quantities last).

Group Discount Policy:
Three or more registrations must be purchased at the same time in order to receive the group discount of 10% off each registration. The discount will be automatically applied during the payment process if all passes purchased are the same Pass type. If purchasing a combination of General and All-Access Passes, please contact goodnessmatters@benevity.com before payment in order to receive the 10% discount.

Attendee Substitutions: 
Substitute attendees (from the same organization and eligible to attend) are welcome up until 11:59pm MST on February 11, 2019.

Image Release: 
Just as a heads up, in registering for Goodness Matters 2018, please be aware that, due to the nature of the event, there will be photos and recordings taken throughout. By attending, you're indicating your consent to the possible use of your image in Benevity's future programs and promotional activities.
